This Website is a Lie! You Schedule your Appointment Online, you wait 2 hours for your Turn, and when you get there, you are always Greeted by the most Rube Barbers ever! I clearly explained that I was new to this Process: ME: Waited 2 Hours for my Appointment. Got there 4 Minutes Early, just to be put back at the back of the line. ME: Excuse me, it says online that you Can Schedule Appointments so we don't have to wait. This is my First time here. RUDE BARBER: Well, you have to wait your turn! We take walk ins ahead of Online appointments! ME: REALLY?? Then why does it say to schedule an Appointment online? RUDE BARBER: That's how it is! You have to wait your turn. They need to understand that we have a business, and that is why we schedule appointments. PLEASE SHUT DOWN THE WEBSITE IF YOU ARE JUST LYING TO PEOPLE! Online Appointments are False! Barbers said that they take Walk Ins ahead of Online Appointments. So they are taking CORPORATE Decisions on their own. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR STAFF! I walked out of there! Barber Shops are supposed to be a Place where MEN Relax! Have a Good Time! Male Barbers are always Classy, Nice and Professional. How dare you promote that you do better than MEN Barbers, when you know that Females bring their emotional Issues to work with them all the time, and pass them on to us!! That's just how they are! Train your staff to be NICE! Next time I walk in there and they treat me this way, I am, going to ARGUE BACK and throw a Fit! So be ready top Argue if that's what you want to do... I WILL TREAT YOU JUST LIKE YOU TRAET PEOPLE NEXT TIME I VISIT! BE READY... Thank you

Zero stars. Im a out of towner. My son and I wanted haircuts not to fill out paperwork and touch a nasty *** keyboard. Thats over 50$ that just walked out of your business. Your stylist didnt give a hoot. As a business owner you must be super rich or dumb. I just said enter me as a guest. Nope!!! Went next door got a sub a left Peru IL. Byeeeee. Will never hit a sport clip again. Never!!!!

First, I sent in my teenage boys to see if there were openings because online showed no wait time. They were rude to my sons. I wrote that off because teenage boys aren't always clear when speaking. I set up appointments on line and we did some shopping nearby to wait. The haircut one of my teenage boys got will take months to grow out to what he wanted. What he asked for versus what he got and paid for were not comparable. I feel so bad for him. He was irate and crying when he came out. The “stylist” told him what he wanted was "basic" and he should wait to see how she cut it. He hated it and was very upset that she wouldn't listen at all to his desires. The back has very uneven choppy layers. Poor customer service and this was not the first time. Just because they are young doesn't mean they don't deserve respect. We will not be back.
